To resolve the error message No Network Provider Accepted The Given Network Path - The Network Is Not Present Or Not Started - Could Not Start Workstation Service, please perform the following steps:

Click Start - Run.


Type: cmd


Hit Enter.


Type: ipconfig /flushdns


Hit Enter.


Type: nbtstat -R


Hit Enter.


Upon completion, reboot.


Click Start - Run.


Type: cmd


Hit Enter.


Type: nbtstat -RR


Hit Enter. 


Upon completion, reboot.


Click Start - Run.


Type: cmd


Hit Enter.


Type: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt


Hit Enter.


Upon completion, reboot.


Click Start - Run.


Type: cmd


Hit Enter.


Type: ipconfig /registerdns


Hit Enter.


Upon completion, reboot.


Click Start - Control Panel - Network Connections.


Right-mouse click the Network Connection and select Properties.


Confirm that File and Printer Sharing is installed and checked.  If not, install File and Printer Sharing and insure that it is checked.


Upon completion of installing File and Printer Sharing and/or placing a checkmark next to File and Printer Sharing, click OK. 


 Click Start - Run.


Type: regedit 


Hit Enter.


Browse to  
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBT\Parameters\Interfaces


Insure that the NetbiosOptions for each Interface is set to 0.


Close the registry editor.


Reboot.


Click Start - Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services.


Insure that the Server Service is set to Automatic and Started. 


Insure that the Workstation Service is set to Automatic and Started. 
This issue is now resolved.
